In regular lingo, it’s basically de-cluttering, re-arranging, re-accessorizing, repairing, depersonalizing and neutralizing the home’s interior and exterior decors, so you can appeal to what 85% of the public will like.
The Goal is;

To remove yourself and the emotional impact of your stuff from your home and make potential buyers see themselves living there.
- Reduce your personal “foot print”
- To help buyers imagine what it would be like to live in your home, not to wonder what kind of people live there now.
Buyers need their own emotional connection with the home, so it’s a way for Sellers to “PASS THE BATON!”
